5th edition of Delhi International Leather Expo (DILEX) - Reverse Buyer Seller Meet in New Delhi (March 4-5, 2024)
The 5th edition of DILEX (Delhi International Leather Expo) and Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet (RBSM) is set to be held at the India International Convention and Expo Center (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi, from 4-5 March 2024. It follows in the footsteps of the successful 4rd edition of DILEX, which was held from 21-22 March 2023, and will focus on all types of Footwear (leather and non-leather), Footwear Components (Uppers), Leather Apparels, Leather Goods & Accessories, Leather Gloves, etc.
The upcoming fair is organised by the Council for Leather Exports (CLE 
), which with its membership strength of 3,500 companies is the apex organisation for the Indian leather sector. Under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, one of its stated aims is to promote exports of Indian leather and leather articles and footwear to the world market. CLE regularly participates in international trade fairs and organises RBSMs abroad, facilitating B2B meetings with Indian exporters and foreign importers.
As per directions of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, the CLE is organising the 5th edition of DILEX with enhanced number of Indian exhibitors and overseas buyers. They have booked Hall 2B (6,100 m2) and Foyer 2 (3,000 m2) at the IICC venue and are targeting to enlist 200 Indian exhibitors for the show. 225-250 foreign buyers will be visiting the 5th edition of DILEX, mostly from Europe and the US, in order to participate in one-on-one business meetings with the Indian exhibitors. Buying houses and buying agents from across India will also be attending the show.

- Leather Footwear (Shoes, Sandals, Chappals) Ladies, Gents, Children
- Leather Garments (Jackets, pants, motorbike jackets etc)
- Leather Goods & Accessories (Handbags, purses, belts, pouches, small leather goods etc)
- Leather Gloves (fashion, fancy, industrial)
- Non-Leather Footwear (Shoes, Sandals, Chappals) Ladies, Gents, Children
- Footwear Components (all types)
- Finished Leather
- Saddlery & Harness and Pet Products
- Safety & Defence Products i.e. Safety Shoes/Military Boots, Industrial Leather Gloves, industrial aprons, industrial tool kits, etc.
- Kolhapuri chappals and related products
- Leather toys and all other handicraft products made from leather
The CLE is inviting foreign buyers (Directors or Senior Executives) by offering to reimburse their economy excursion air fare (subject to ceiling limits) and providing a 2-nights complimentary stay in a 5-star hotel (Bed & Breakfast). Complimentary airport pick-up / drop can also be arranged on request.
