Online classes for Kathak, Bharatanatyam & Odissi dance forms
Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), in cooperation with Routes2Roots, an organisation working in the area of digital learning of performing arts and Centre for Cultural Resources and Training, an autonomous organisation under Ministry of Culture of Government of India, is conducting online classes w.e.f. 15th January 2024 for Kathak, Bharatanatyam and Odissi dance forms.
2. The duration of the classes for each discipline will be one year
3. The classes will be divided in four trimesters of three month each and certificates will be given to successful candidates.
4. The timing of the classes will be 03:00 PM (IST) and classes will be held on every Monday for Odissi students, on every Wednesday for Bharatanatyam students and on every Friday for Kathak students.
5. A nominal fees equivalent to US$20 per student will be charged in advance for the classes.
6. English language will be the medium of instructions.
7. Other details of the online course viz., SOPs for registration of students for online classes, CVs of teachers and QR code are attached. The candidate can register themselves by scanning the QR code.
8. The minimum age for registration for the classes will be 17 years. Interested members and children may please register for the course latest by 25 December, 2023.
