The Bus & Car Operators Confederation of India (BOCI) is a National body of Bus & Car fleet owners and operators representing Intercity, Intracity, School Bus, Employee Transport, Tour Operators, Tourist Cabs, Maxi Cabs and PPP-SPVs. The significance of BOCI can be measured by the fact that BOCI operators run over 1.5 million buses in various segments and account for 300 million passenger trips daily, amounting to about 85% of all public transport in the country.
BOCI organises biennial event Prawaas: The Bus & Car show focusing on Public Transport. ‘Prawaas’ is a common word in Indian languages which means ‘The Travel’. The objective of Prawaas: The Bus & Car Show is to develop a unified vision that will facilitate Safe, Smart and Sustainable integrated public transport solutions.
BOCI will be hosting 'Prawaas 3.0' which will be held in Hitex Exhibition Centre Hyderabad, India between 5th and 7th August 2021. Prawaas 3.0 will consist of Exhibition, Conferences & Workshops, Awards, CEO Conclave and Round Table on Regulatory. It is expected that over 10,000 Bus and Car Fleet Operators from across 37 States and Union Territories of India will visit the exhibition, participate in Conference, Workshops and B2B meetings.
The Exhibition will be the largest showcase of OEMs in passenger vehicles, after-market solutions, accessories, consumables, IT & ITS solutions, and allied products & services. It will also be a showcase of EVs, Batteries and BMS design of EVs & last mile connectivity. The Conference will present the new trends in Public Transport in the post pandemic era, Sector specific seminars, regulatory framework and it will be a thought leadership platform for the Indian Passenger sector. The most prestigious and credible, Industry Awards curated by a professional agency will continue to be the major highlight of this event.
Austria has a vibrant Passenger Transport Industry including OEMs, component manufacturers, and allied services. Prawaas 3.0 will be an excellent platform for the companies to showcase their latest products and technologies.
